InternazionaleAll’arrivo presso l’università ospitante i vincitori dovranno presentarsi presso l’Ufficio competente (Relazioni Internazionali, Mobilità studenti ecc.) per segnalare il proprio arrivo, facendo registrare la data esatta di inizio del periodo di mobilità sul certificato di permanenza da inviare all’Ufficio Mobilità Internazionale a mezzo e-mail [email protected]
L'erogazione dell'acconto indicato al punto 7 del bando è subordinato all'invio del certificato di permanenza con la data di arrivo.
When arriving at the host University the student must go to the mobility students welcoming office, asking for the registration of the date of his/her arrival on the "attendance certificate", then send a pdf copy of this certificate via e-mail to the University of Siena International Mobility Office: [email protected]
The provision of the first instalment - point 7 in the notice of selection - is conditional on the arrival certificate.
Qualora si rendesse necessario cambiare il piano di studi durante la permanenza, lo studente dovrà compilare la parte relativa alla sezione DURING THE MOBILITY, farla firmare all’università ospitante e poi inviare il documento (compresivo della sezione BEFORE THE MOBILITY) per e-mail al proprio Ufficio Studenti e Didattica, entro 2 mesi dall’inizio della mobilità.
If the student needs to change the ELAN programme study plan during the mobility period, he/she must fill out the section DURING THE MOBILITY, submitting this to the host university for the approval and signature. Then the student must send the learning agreement (including the BEFORE THE MOBILITY section) via e-mail to the Students' Office of the University of Siena Department, within two monts from the start of the mobility.
