How to renew PhD registration

When the Academic Board has approved the admission to the following year, PhD students are required to renew their registration by accessing the reserved area on the page https://segreteriaonline.unisi.it using the Login feature with the username and password they already possess. Starting from 1 November, it is possible to initiate the renewal procedure by selecting the text "Rinnovo iscrizione" (Registration Renewal) present on the first page, after selecting the PhD program they are enrolled in.

If the access credentials have been lost or forgotten, it is necessary to perform a password recovery on the page https://my.unisi.it; clicking on Recupero password” and following the instructions.

At the end of the renewal procedure, pursuant to the Regulation for the determination and payment methods of university fees and contributions due for enrollment in the courses of the University of Siena for the relevant academic year, the invoice will be generated with the amount corresponding to their administrative category, to be paid by the deadline indicated above:

PhD students who are beneficiaries of a scholarship
- University fee of Euro 340.00 (Notice: the bill will be generated in a second time, after the renewal and the payment of the first “DSU” fee)
- Regional tax for the right to university study of Euro 140.00
- Stamp duty of Euro 16.00
 
PhD students without a scholarship
- Regional tax for the right to university study of Euro 140.00
- Stamp duty of Euro 16.00
 
PhD students with type "H" exemption
- Stamp duty of Euro 16.00
 
PhD students with a co-tutelle agreement for whom fee payment is expected only at the foreign University
- Stamp duty of Euro 16.00
