LEARNING AGREEMENT FOR STUDIES

Procedura

  •     Almeno due mesi prima della partenza lo studente compila il learning, lo firma e lo porta all’Ufficio Studenti e Didattica (USD) per l’approvazione del Comitato per la didattica (CD)
  •     Prima della partenza lo studente ritirerà OBBLIGATORIAMENTE il learning in originale e lo porterà all’università ospitante per ottenere la firma
  • Two months before the departure each student must fill out and sign the "Learning Agreement" and delivers it to the Students' Office of his/her Department to obtain the approval by the Didactic Committee.
  • Before the departure it's mandatory for the student to pick up the original hardcopy of the approved "learning agreement" and bring it to the host university for the signature from that part.

DATI BANCARI

Lo studente dovrà inserire i propri dati bancari (conto corrente o carta di cui è intestatario o co-intestatario) sul sistema di Segreteria on-line dell’Ateneo (Home>Anagrafica, Dati bancari. Scegliere Bonifico bancario o postale) prima della partenza. Alcune carte ricaricabili hanno un tetto per gli accrediti. Verificare tale vincolo prima di inserire i dati nella Segreteria on-line.

Inoltre gli studenti che hanno la residenza all'estero devono inserire anche il domicilio in Italia (Home>Anagrafica).

Il mancato inserimento non darà luogo al pagamento del contributo finanziario.

 

Each student must insert his/her own bank account data (personal or joint bank account or credit card) in the Segreteria on-line platform (Home>Anagrafica, Dati bancari. Scegliere Bonifico bancario o postale).

Some cards could have a credit limitation: please verify it before the data submission in the Segreteria on-line.

Furthermore students who have foreign residency must indicate also their temporary address in Italy (Home>Anagrafica).

The lack indication of these data does not allow the payment of the financial support.
