All’arrivo presso l’università ospitante gli studenti e le studentesse dovranno presentarsi presso l’Ufficio competente (Relazioni Internazionali, Mobilità studenti, ecc.) per segnalare il proprio arrivo, facendo registrare la data esatta di inizio del periodo di mobilità sul Certificato di Permanenza da inviare alla Divisione Relazioni Internazionali mediante l’apposito Form di invio documenti.
Insieme al certificato di permanenza è necessario inviare anche la carta d’imbarco/biglietto aereo del viaggio di andata.
Upon arrival at the host university, students must report to the relevant office (International Relations, Student Mobility, etc.) to register their arrival and have the exact start date of the mobility period recorded on the Enrollment Certificate, which must be submitted to the International Relations Division via the dedicated Documents delivery Form.
Along with the Enrollment Certificatee, the boarding pass/flight ticket for the outbound journey must also be submitted.
Qualora si rendesse necessario cambiare il piano di studi durante la permanenza, lo studente dovrà compilare la parte relativa alla sezione During the mobility, farla firmare all’università ospitante e poi inviare il documento (compresivo della sezione Before the mobility) per e-mail al proprio Ufficio Servizi agli Studenti (entro 2 mesi dall’inizio della mobilità).
Should it become necessary to change the study plan during the stay, the student must complete the relevant part of the "During the mobility" section, have it signed by the host university, and then send the document (including the "Before the mobility" section) by email to your Student Services Office (within 2 months of the start of the mobility).
