Presso le due Hall of Residences della school Superiore Santa Chiara (il Collegio in Via Valdimontone e Il Refugio in Via del Refugio 4), possono soggiornare gli studenti delle PhD Schools, di master, di summer school, oltre ai visiting professor o altri docenti ospiti delle school di dottorato. Le camere possono essere singole, doppie o triple e possono essere affittate per periodi brevi o lunghi, in base alla disponibilità.

Le camere sono destinate in via prioritaria agli studenti vincitori di concorso di ammissione alle PhD Schools di riSearch, ai docenti e ai visiting professor, ai visiting student, ad esterni in occasione di attività conto terzi, agli ospiti delle strutture universitarie in occasione di servizi ad esse resi, oltre che ad ulteriori figure individuate dalla school Superiore Santa Chiara.

Le strutture sono disponibili per ospitare iniziative che coinvolgono le PhD Schools, fra cui seminari, convegni e mostre. E’ infatti possibile prenotare aule attrezzate e offrire coffe break e/o pranzi e cene. Tutti gli studenti di dottorato devono firmare il contratto di assegnazione delle camere se iscritti al I anno , al II anno oppure se non residenti e consegnarlo alla reception del Santa Chiara.

Ph.D., master and summer school students, besides visiting and other professors, as guests of Ph.D. schools can live in the 2 residences belonging to High School Santa Chiara (Collegio in Via Valdimontone and Refugio in Via del Refugio 4). Rooms can be single, twin or triple and can be rent for short or long period, if available. Rooms are reserved for those students who have won the admission exam to the PhD schools, to teaching or visiting professors, to visiting students, to external guests, to the University structures’ guests, and to other individuals indicated by the Superior School Santa Chiara. Residences can host PhD Schools initiatives, like seminars, conferences and exhibition. It is possible to reserve halls and offer coffee-breaks and lunch or dinner. Every PhD student has to sign the room assignement contract and to present it to the reception of Santa Chiara.
