*1)Molecular based and control of organelle movement along microtubules in the pollen tube
     Purpose of the project: to determine if pollenorganelles can move along microtubules and under which conditions.
     To analyse the protein composition of organelles, to verify the presence of motor proteins in association and to isolate these
     proteins. To determine the mechanisms of control of organelle movement along microtubules.

*2)Purpose of the project: analysis of the development of aize embryo to understand the genetic and molecular mechanisms
      that regulate this process. The purpose is to modify the genome of the plant without altering the physiological state of the
      same plant.
