For each term considered (in all its attested variants) an essential definition will be given; where two or more variants occur for the same term, the degree of formal correctness of each variant will be assessed; finally, the historical and scientific reasons for the use of competing variants will be examined. The collected data will be organized into lexical items and published in the form of a dictionary.
