I graduated
in Law, on October 26th 2001, at the University of Rome “La
Sapienza” with graduation thesis in Public Finance entitled:
“Deregulation and perspectives of development”.
After my law degree my interest in economics immediately grew
and I began studying and working at the Dept.
of Economics and Public Finance of my University.
Thereafter,
I wanted to increase my economic abilities, and I enrolled,
in 2002, into a PhD programme in Law and Economics at the
Faculty of Economics “R.M. Goodwin” of the University
of Siena, which was strictly inherent with the subject of
my thesis and from which I benefitted a lot during all the
first year and a half of classes.
Hopefully,
the study of subjects like industrial organization, theory
of contracts, property rights, corporate governance, antitrust
and regulation, theory of the organisations, public choice
and international organisations, made my ambition of achieving
an optimal interdisciplinary education nearer and more accessible.
My academic
interests are related to Public Finance, Public Economics,
and mainly at the process of Liberalisation – Privatisation
- De-regulation - Re-regulation of public utilities.
