Registration
The online Registration is CLOSED. It is possible to register directly to the Conference
Full registration fee (750 Euro) allows access to scientific sessions and documentation. Welcome party, social dinner, wine tasting session, lunches and coffee breaks during the scientific sessions will be offered free of charge.
Accompanying person fee (250 Euro) will allow participating in the welcome party, social dinner and wine tasting session.
Once you have provided all your relevant personal data, you will be required to pay a registration fee, which can be done by:
- Bank transfer: proof of payment must be sent either by fax (+39 0577 232124) or e-mail to pratali2@unisi.it . Details for the bank transfer can be found on the e-form.
• Credit card: the system automatically accepts payment online and you are therefore required to insert your credit card details in the relevant fields.
Registrations cannot be considered confirmed until payment has been received
CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the e-mail address: bini@unisi.it
There will be a € 60 processing fee applied to refunds requested by July 31, 2008
No refunds can be made after July 31, 2008
Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, but please send an e-mail informing us of the change.
