REGISTRATION

Please remember that the number of participants is limited and they will be selected based on the order of registration and payment of the fee.

Registration must be done directly on-line using the following Registration form

Your registration will be complete only after the payment of the fee.

Full registration fee:	790 Euro (It allows access to scientific sessions and documentation. Lunches and coffee breaks during the scientific sessions, as well as Welcome party and all scheduled social events will be offered free of charge)
Student registration fee:	450 Euro (Reserved to the first 50 registered students) (Student must present a regular student Ph.D. certificate during the registration process. The 50 students will be selected based on the order of registration and payment of the fee. This fee allows the same rights of a full registration fee)
Accompanying person fee:	300 Euro (It allows to participate in the Welcome party and all scheduled social events)

Once you have provided all your relevant personal data (and Ph.D. certificate for student), you will be required to pay a registration fee, which can be done by:

• Bank transfer: proof of payment must be sent either by fax (+39 0577 232124) or e-mail to elisa.pratali@unisi.it. Details for the bank transfer can be found on the e-form.

• Credit card: the system automatically accepts payment online and you are therefore required to insert your credit card details in the relevant fields.

Registrations cannot be considered confirmed until payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the e-mail address: luca.bini@unisi.it
There will be a € 80 processing fee applied to refunds requested by July 31, 2012.
No refunds can be made after July 31, 2012.

Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, but please send an e-mail informing us of the change
