The National Board of the Italian Statistical Society (SIS) in the last meeting of January 26, 2005 has decided to support the Conference with a grant of € 1500.00 for the best paper of an Author from an emerging country. The paper will be selected by a commission composed by a member of the SIS National Board, a member of the Conference Scientific Committee and by an independent authoritative scholar indicated by the Rector of the University of Siena.
